Robert Mnookin is the Samuel Williston Professor of Law, the Director of the Harvard Negotiation Research Project, and the former Chair of the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School. Professor Mnookin has taught numerous workshops for corporations, government agencies, and law firms and trained executives and professionals in mediation skills. His books including Beyond Winning: Negotiating to Create Value in Deals and Disputes (with Scott Pepper and Andrew Tulumello) and Dividing the Child: Social and Legal Dilemmas of Custody (with Eleanor Maccoby).
